I would be more comfortable with the Big Horns going with someone who has backpacked it before so I think that is a good idea. I also understand that August is a good time to do the big horns.
ReplyDeletethis gal was very excited...asked what our age group was...fitness level...length of trip...she is willing to plan the route for us according to our needs...said shes very familiar with the area...im thinking she might be the owner of a sporting goods store in sheridan but not positive...she gave me the number of a few other leads and said if i cant find what im looking for shed be willing to do it (tho has not ever guided a group)..also, aug is the best time for her so if you can let me know a good time for you i can start figuring a date that will work...
